1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal public holidays). No order processing or shipment arrangement happens on weekends and official US holidays.

Once your parcel departs our warehouse, a shipment confirmation email with valid tracking number will be sent to your registered mailbox automatically for real-time delivery tracking.

2. Shipping Scope, Delivery Options & Shipping Cost

We only provide domestic shipping service within the Contiguous 48 United States (mainland USA) and do not deliver to any overseas countries, territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Only one shipping option is available:
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Estimated transit time 5–8 business days after dispatch. Shipping rate is calculated automatically based on total package weight and delivery zip code; exact cost will be clearly displayed on your checkout page prior to payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Restricted Addresses & Solutions

Due to oversized dimension of our furniture items, below locations are excluded from our delivery coverage permanently:
  1. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
  2. All US PO Box addresses
  3. APO/FPO military mailing addresses
  4. Remote rural areas out of service coverage of our contracted carriers (FedEx / USPS)
If your submitted delivery address falls into above restricted scope, our customer service team will reach out via email to negotiate address revision; should address adjustment fail, we will cancel your order and issue full unconditional refund promptly without any deduction.

4. Lost / Damaged / Undeliverable Package Regulation

In case your package is lost in transit, severely damaged upon receipt or returned back to our warehouse for delivery failure caused by carrier or invalid address, please contact our support email ikakos-careteam@outlook.com within 7 calendar days after delivery status update. We will arrange reshipment or full refund per your choice after verification.

5. Carrier Information

We cooperate with mainstream US logistics carriers including FedEx and USPS to complete domestic last-mile delivery.
