Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to submit return requests within 30 calendar days upon receipt of furniture items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for return:
1. Furniture item must remain unused, unassembled or fully restored to original status, free from scratch, stain or personal damage; all original factory packaging, accessories, instruction manuals and tags need to be intact and complete.
2. Valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required for return verification.
3. Items returned without pre-authorization from our support team will be rejected and sent back at buyer’s cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Please submit your return application via our official email: ikakos-careteam@outlook.com, including your order number and return reason.
Once your return application gets approved, we will send a pre-generated return shipping label and detailed return address & shipping guidelines by email. Please arrange shipment following our instructions within 7 calendar days after receiving the label.

Return Shipping Cost Allocation

- Defective/Damaged/Wrong-item caused by us: We fully cover all return shipping fees and provide free prepaid return label.
- Customer-initiated non-quality returns (change mind, improper size/space matching): Buyer takes full responsibility for return shipping expenses; original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damages & Missing Parts after Delivery

Please fully inspect your furniture immediately after delivery. If goods arrive damaged, defective or mismatched with your order, contact our customer service right away with photo evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange replacement parts, reshipment or full refund per your preference without extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Below merchandise cannot be returned or refunded:
1. Custom-made, personalized furniture built per buyer’s special requirements;
2. Final clearance sale items and discounted promotional floor samples;
3. Gift cards issued by our store.
Perishable, hazardous goods are not applicable to our furniture category and excluded naturally.

Exchange Arrangement

We do not support direct exchange service. The fastest way to get your preferred item is to complete the return procedure for your current item first. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you may place a new separate order.

Refund Processing Rules

After we receive, inspect and confirm your returned goods meet return requirements:
1. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment account within 10 business days.
2. Bank or card issuing institutions may take extra processing time to post funds into your account, which is out of our control.
3. If you haven’t received your refund over 15 business days after our approval, reach out to us via ikakos-careteam@outlook.com for follow-up check.

Pre-order Cancellation before Shipment

Orders can be fully canceled with full refund before warehouse dispatch by contacting our support email. Once shipped, all orders will follow the standard 30-day return policy.
